Terms of Service

WFAS Professional Services Automation ("WFAS PSA"), operated by BlueArmor. Last updated 2026-05-16.

WFAS PSA is a private business application provided by BlueArmor for use by authorized WFAS personnel. By accessing the application you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Access is limited to individuals granted credentials by an administrator. Users must keep credentials confidential and use the application only for legitimate WFAS business purposes. Accounts and access may be modified or revoked at any time.

QuickBooks Online connection

An administrator may connect the application to a QuickBooks Online company. The connection is used only to synchronize the organization's own invoicing and accounting records and may be disconnected at any time from within the application, which revokes the stored authorization.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use it to store data it is not intended for (including protected health information or payment card data).

Availability and disclaimer

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable measures are taken to keep it secure and available (encryption, access controls, and continuous backups), BlueArmor does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, BlueArmor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
